Frequently asked questions
Most campaigns are reviewed and published within 60 minutes of submission. Garfield, Snoopy, and Jerry plans skip the queue for priority publishing. The faster the alert is live, the wider the search window — every minute counts.
We run campaigns for dogs and cats most often, but we'll happily build an alert for any companion animal — rabbits, parrots, ferrets, you name it. If they're family, they qualify.
Primarily Facebook and Instagram (feed, Stories, and Reels), because that's where the vast majority of your neighbors already spend their time. Higher tiers also include cross-posting to local lost-pet groups and outreach to nearby shelters and rescues.
You tell us where your pet was last seen and we geo-fence the campaign around that point. Each plan has a default radius (10 mi for Garfield, 15 mi for Snoopy, 20 mi for Jerry), and we can adjust if your pet is known to roam farther.
Tipsters reply directly to the ad or message us through the alert. Our team filters out the spam and unverifiable leads, then forwards real sightings — with location and timestamp — straight to you so you can act fast.
Because we pay platforms up front for the ad spend, plans aren't refundable once a campaign is live. If your pet is found before we publish, we'll refund you 100%. If you need to extend or upgrade mid-search, we'll credit what you've already paid toward the new plan.
